Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and workflow across national teams.
• Design, document, and maintain standardized operational processes and templates in partnership with senior management and corporate functions.
• Coordinate and manage national meetings, leadership events, and conferences.
• Oversee financial processes including AOP preparation, monthly forecasts, and debtor management.
• Support people management processes – recruitment coordination, onboarding, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Lead and mentor support staff nationally, fostering an engaged and high-performing team culture.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Liaise with IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and People Services to ensure seamless business operations.

About you:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar national coordination role (property or professional services preferred).
• Strong business process, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems management.
• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
