At Cushman & Wakefield, we are looking for a Marketing Manager Offices with a vision. Someone who not only thinks in campaigns but in communities. Not only in strategies but in real connection between buildings, tenants, and their environment.
In this unique role, you will be the creative and strategic hub between property owners, tenants, and the environment. You will develop strong marketing strategies for our office buildings, but also ensure that these places are full of energy, collaboration, and inspiration.
What will you do?
As Marketing Manager Offices, you will give each building its own identity, a clear story, and a tangible community. You will work with Hospitality Managers, owners, and tenants to create an attractive, future-oriented workplace.
Concretely, this means:
Strategy & Positioning
You will develop and oversee a powerful marketing and communication strategy for each building. From positioning and branding to annual plans and content.
Community Building & Activation
Together with the Hospitality Manager, you will bring the strategy to life. Think of events, network meetings, local collaborations, and creative campaigns that increase engagement.
Strong Brand & Clear Communication
You will develop brand concepts, oversee the house style, and ensure that all expressions, from brochures to social media, hit the right tone and stand out.
Added Value for Tenant and Owner
You will create a pleasant working environment, together with your colleagues, where tenants feel at home, and ensure that the property remains commercially attractive for owners.
Sustainability & Impact
You will actively think about how sustainability: ESG goals and social relevance find a place in your annual plans and campaigns.

What do you bring with you?
A higher education degree, preferably in marketing or communication,
2 to 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., as a marketer or marketing communications advisor),
Experience with real estate or offices is a plus,
Excellent command of Dutch and English,
Knowledge of digital media, social platforms, and content creation,
You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
