Graduate Asset Engineer
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a motivated Graduate Asset Engineer to join our Engineering & Asset Management team in Melbourne. You'll work alongside industry experts to deliver high-quality asset management services, from developing asset management plans and conducting lifecycle modelling to creating reports/dashboards and innovative process improvement projects.
About the Role
- Asset data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Developing lifecycle cost models and capital works plans
- Assisting with maintenance strategy implementation and compliance
- Contributing to reporting and data improvement initiatives and innovative projects
- Working closely with internal teams, service providers, and client stakeholders
About You
- Engineering or related qualification (mandatory)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; PowerBI or coding experience highly regarded
- Understanding of building systems such as HVAC, Electrical, and Fire
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Detail-focused with a proactive, collaborative mindset
