About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Korean Influencer Executive to lead influencer marketing campaigns targeting the Korean market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Korean social media landscape, strong relationships with local influencers, and the ability to execute impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Korean market.
  • Identify, vet, and build strong partnerships with Korean influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Naver, and TikTok.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage influencer relationships, and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on Korean social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PR, product, and sales to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage budget and timeline for influencer campaigns efficiently.
