We are seeking an experienced and analytical Benefits Operations Senior Manager to stand up and operate a global benefits support model within GPS to support our Total Rewards CoE Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of operations and delivery of the organization's comprehensive benefits programs. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, compliance, and team leadership. The Benefits Operations Senior Manager will ensure that all programs are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligned with the company's objectives, while also ensuring a positive employee experience. This position involves collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and external partners to drive continuous improvement and benefits delivery.

•Deep understanding of local benefits regulations and compliance requirements. •Proven track record in leading benefits strategy and operations in a large, complex organization. •Experience in delivering process efficiency and effectiveness that created value for you team. •Experience in managing invoicing, leasing, transportation, vendor management and benefits administration management. •Familiarity with benefits technology platforms and data analytics tools. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. •Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels. •Ability to build compelling business cases and proposals as well as synthesizing information into succinct reporting.
