Applied AI Engineer

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI solutions into our technology stack. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with and benefit from AI-powered experiences, bridging cutting-edge research with practical, scalable applications.

Essential Functions & Impact Areas:

• Design, build, and integrate AI models, with a focus on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Develop and deploy multimodal AI solutions that combine text, image, audio, and other data sources to deliver enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
• Implement AI toolchains, pipelines, and frameworks to accelerate experimentation and deployment.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI research, frameworks, and best practices, and translate them into practical engineering solutions.
• Contribute to the company's AI strategy, ensuring our architecture supports rapid iteration and experimentation.
