Reporting to our Service Manager in Emerald, QLD, you will coordinate service administration, including job scheduling, invoicing, and purchasing, while supporting KPIs and smooth service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and provide backup support during peak periods.

This is a Permanent Part time role, working 8am to 2pm, 6 hours & 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday (18hours per week).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate service administration, including job scheduling, work orders, and customer updates
  • Manage service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
  • Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
  • Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Proven significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
  • Technical Experience is highly beneficial
