Contact Service Representative

We are looking for a talented Contact Service Representative to join our team specializing in Service for Aftermarket Service Poland Country Support in Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across chat, email, or phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
2. Document all customer interactions and information thoroughly in Cummins systems to maintain accurate records.
3. Resolve routine customer issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve response processes.
4. Escalate complex or non-routine inquiries with clear documentation to ensure timely resolution.
5. Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and reliability.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other teams to achieve shared objectives and consistent service.
7. Continuously learn Cummins processes, systems, and practices to enhance service delivery.
8. Contribute to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

Additional Responsibilities Unique to This Position

Education/ Experience:

• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.

The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
