Main Responsibilities of a Drive Thru Team Member:

• Greet customers over the headset and at the window
• Accurately take drive thru orders over a headset
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
• Issue coupons, vouchers and gift cards as needed
• Efficiently accept payments by providing change and receipts at the window
• Manage transactions using a POS system with cash drawer
• Guide drive traffic according to the speed of service standards
• Fulfill drink and custard orders quickly
• Work as a team to meet service times through the drive thru
• Assist with guest attendant position and curbside orders
• Process refunds and resolve guest complaints
• Assist with dessert handling and delivery in the drive thru

Drive Thru Team Member Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and responsible drive thru team member to manage all transactions with our guests in the drive thru. A good job candidate is a person who knows their way around a cash register and can easily operate it. The cashier we would like to employ must be able to interact with our guests in a friendly manner, and provide assistance should any guest require it. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our guests and provide them with an outstanding experience. A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a successful member of our team. Previous drive thru experience is an advantage and proficient multitasking skills are a must.

Drive Thru Team Member Requirements:

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers
• Quick response to high traffic flow
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints in the Drive Thru
