Job Summary:
Show the ability to execute recipes.
Practice sound sanitation.
Properly clean equipment.
Follow safety rules.
Fill in other job positions as needed.

Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No previous experience required.
Experience: Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry and knowledge of recipe execution and sanitation management preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and write and to speak and follow oral and written instructions. Must read and use simple arithmetic. Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly.
