The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals. They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. A Residential Sales Representative must have a proficient understanding of residential Culligan products and will be responsible for assisting residential leads/potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives.

Duties and responsibilities include promoting a long-term relationship-building approach to sales to improve customer satisfaction and retention with residential customers, developing and improving standard/best practices in the sales toolbox, corresponding with all leads and appointments as scheduled, attending scheduled appointments assigned with professionalism and integrity, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in relevant database, learning, maintaining and applying overall knowledge and technical information as it relates to the sales of all residential Culligan products, understanding customers' needs and presenting viable solutions, making an effective sales presentation so that the customer is adequately educated about the products and services available, clearly and completely documenting installation arrangements, pumps and other related equipment, checking electrical/drain, taking ownership of a new customer's account, and following up with every new customer to ensure complete satisfaction and secure referrals.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, computer skills required, certificates, licenses and registrations required, and other skills required.
