Culligan Water is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The primary role of the FST is to provide repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for Culligan and non-Culligan equipment and products. The FST will have to identify problems, assess the extent, document findings and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts. They will also be expected to organize and prioritize daily workloads to ensure jobs are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadline. The technician’s goal is to provide the highest quality service to clients in order to exceed residential and commercial customer expectations.

The Field Service Technician is a full-time position with a pay range of $18-$28/hr depending on licensing and general work experience, plus regular bonus and over-time opportunities. This position has an expected schedule of 40-50 hours a week.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to clear a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to clear a criminal background check
• Ability to clear a drug screening test
• Good Mechanical Skills and Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
