What you'll do

No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field helping people:

• Install, service, and repair residential and commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you're doing and building trust
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
• Take pride in your work — keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day

Whether you're new to the trade or a seasoned pro, we'll help you grow your skills and confidence.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people with strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for customers.

High school diploma or GED

Clean driving record and valid license

Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn

Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required)

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus!)

No water treatment experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship so you can succeed and advance.
