The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. Responsibilities

• Welcoming walk-in customers and helping them with orders
• Answering phone calls regarding account information
• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Creating daily reports
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be available Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm.
