What You'll Do:

• Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care
• Handle collections, payments, and data entry with accuracy
• Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently
• Support customers with billing and account questions
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver five-star service

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of customer service experience (office, call center, or admin)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or GED required — NetSuite experience a plus!
