Culligan of O'Fallon, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is seeking a friendly, positive, dedicated and hard-working individual to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing daily payments and charges, creating delivery and service orders, filing, setting up new customer accounts, past dues, collections, small claims, assigning leads to Sales Representatives, maintaining a positive image, supporting a positive team environment, taking precautions to avoid accidents, safeguarding company equipment, collecting payments, completing forms and reports, following company policies, assisting/training employees, resolving customer issues, and performing other related duties.

Requirements include the ability to read/write and communicate effectively, strong mathematical skills, customer service and multi-line telephone experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and a 10 key calculator, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. This position is a 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Culligan offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vacation (PTO), paid holidays including birthday, 401K, HSA matching, uniform provided, and a company cell phone provided. Pay is $35,500 to $40,000 per year.
