At Vetter's Culligan Water, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to become a skilled Service Technician in the water treatment industry. As an Apprentice Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to install, maintain, and repair water treatment equipment in homes and businesses throughout Eastern Iowa. This is a full-time career opportunity with a four-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and the potential to earn commission in addition to your hourly pay.

What You'll Do As an Apprentice Service Technician, you will:
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing water treatment equipment
- Learn to install water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Complete service paperwork accurately
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Identify opportunities to recommend beneficial products and services to customers
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other technical experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move 50–75 lbs
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Unlimited Earning Potential In addition to your hourly wage, you'll have the opportunity to earn commission by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that improve their water quality. The more you learn and the more value you provide to customers, the more you can earn.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
