Who you are:

As an Internal Support Specialist with Frost, you are the friendly face taking care of our people. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving work orders to help Frost maintain our core value of excellence in all of our properties. You will use your strong communication skills to organize logistics details and maintain relationships. You love working with and serving the people around you. Most importantly, this role is about ensuring others get what they need, with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you'll do:

1. Prioritize and resolve work orders to maintain Frost properties' excellent condition
2. Team with Postal, Records, and Properties to support employee and bank operations
3. Provide courier and driving services to executives to ensure their safety and the delivery of sensitive material
4. Communicate effectively to organize logistics details and maintain relationships with stakeholders
5. Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
• Be at least 21 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Service Channel
