- Lead the Revenue Operations Team to optimize sales processes, enhance revenue performance, and maximize customer success - Responsible for all aspects of revenue operations including forecasting, pipeline management, commission planning, and territory planning - Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with company goals and market trends - Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, track key performance metrics, and drive actionable recommendations - Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor GTM performance and drive accountability
