General & Operations Managers
CTC Group is seeking General & Operations Managers to support the Army National Guard by leading and coordinating operational and administrative functions to ensure mission readiness, resource efficiency, and seamless support to intelligence and security activities.

- Little Rock, AR - Camp Robinson (NGPEC) National Guard Professional Training Center
- Indianapolis, IN
- Miramar, CA: Facilities and Services Division/Marine Corps Installations Command
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations, aligning resources and personnel to support intelligence and security program objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing workflows, budgets, and schedules to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership for decision-making and policy refinement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical services, including training, logistics, and IT network support.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, DoD, and Army regulations, ensuring operational activities meet established standards and requirements.
- Support risk management and mitigation strategies to reduce operational disruptions and maintain continuity of critical intelligence operations.
- Oversee reporting, documentation, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve readiness and inform strategic planning.
Preferred Requirements:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance. Location and opening determine the clearance requirement.
- Prior ARNG G-2 experience to support intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with Army, DoD, and IC directives in the execution of ISR, multi-INT analysis, and security compliance.
Junior Qualifications:
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
Journeyman Qualifications:
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Senior Qualifications:
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
SME Qualifications:
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
