Job Summary:

Your tasks:

• You create and update marketing assets, e.g. website, brochures and whitepapers.
• You are involved in the preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and external events.
• You procure giveaways together with external agencies and manage the logistics for events.
• You support the creation of digital marketing programs such as webinars by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and develop concepts to support ongoing projects.
• Data analysis and creation of internal reports.
• Taking over own projects
• Assistance in the entire administrative and operational day-to-day business of the marketing department.

What we expect:

• You are enrolled in one of the following degree programs: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or comparable courses.
• Through initial internships in marketing, you have already gained first insights into the field.
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• With your hands-on mentality, you independently bring in new ideas.
• Your friendliness, communication and organizational talent as well as a confident demeanor characterize you.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
• And most importantly: You work well in a team and like to contribute. Ideas in marketing are welcome and we would like to personally and professionally develop you in this role.
