About the Role

In the role of Senior People Services Specialist, you will report to the Director, People Services. We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas (hybrid) or Remote.

As a Senior People Services Specialist, you will support the Director, People Services in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. You will oversee People processes, managing complex cases, and improving efforts to enhance People service delivery. You will have a mastery of all services provided by the People Services team, ensuring comprehensive support across all People functions.

Core Areas of Responsibility

• Lead People operational processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide expert guidance on People Services support related issues.
• Oversee Workday data management and reporting accuracy.
• Drive People Services projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop junior People Services team members.

About You

• You have 5+ years of experience in People Services/Operations or a related field.
• You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have strong leadership and project management skills.
• You embody a strategic mindset with the ability to implement People best practices.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Workday and data analytics.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.

$40.00 - $48.00 per hour USD
