· Drive membership sales as your top priority through engaging conversations and solution-based selling

· Build strong relationships with prospects to connect them with the right membership or service package

· Promote and upsell retail products, training add-ons, and special offers to maximize value for members

· Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits and turn visits into new memberships

· Consistently hit and exceed personal and team sales targets—and celebrate the wins

· Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately while keeping the front desk professional and welcoming

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

· Support management with sales initiatives, promotions, and daily operations

· Consistent Schedule: Reliable weekly shifts you can plan your life around

· Steady Pay: $13.50/hr + commissions & bonuses (average $13.50–$19.50/hr)
