What You'll Do:

• Drive membership sales through engaging conversations and solution-based selling
• Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
• Build relationships to match prospects with the right membership or service package
• Promote and sell retail products, add-ons, and upgrades
• Convert phone inquiries into in-club visits
• Share special offers, events, and promotions
• Process bookings and payments quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
• Support management with projects and daily operations
• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
• Attend sales meetings and ongoing training

What You Bring:

• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Confident reading, writing, and handling administrative tasks
• Comfortable using computer systems and POS software
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to learn sales strategies
• Exceptional customer service with a natural ability to influence and persuade
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality
