Front Desk Representative

Crunch Select in Midland Park, NJ is seeking individuals to work our front desk and join our team!

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Computer skills

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time behind the front desk and conduct periodic checks of the facility by walking the club
• Ability to assist with picking up and putting away some equipment and restacking weights

Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products - prepare protein shakes at our juice bar
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Opening and closing duties

Compensation: $15.50 per hour
