As the Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping Crown Perth Hotels and the Events and Conference departments exceed financial, occupancy, and business plan targets. You'll also support the sales team in achieving their objectives and identifying opportunities across Crown.

This role involves managing Resort Sales contracted accounts and new business opportunities, as directed by Sales Managers and the Associate Director of Sales. You'll develop and maintain a clear business plan focused on retaining, growing, and acquiring accounts.

Your strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills will help you source new business and maximize the potential of existing corporate accounts.

About you: You'll bring the following:

  • Intermediate experience in a sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in hotels, conference venues and sales & marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities to deliver on business objectives
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience in strategy development and business planning
  • Leadership skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, Amadeus and Opera
  • Broad industry experience in a superior Hotel or Food & Beverage environment (Preferred)
