As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the local market and upscale hotel experience to join our team in Doha.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plan
  • Drive room revenue, market share, and profitability across corporate, government, and leisure segments
  • Manage, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets
  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain key accounts while actively sourcing new business opportunities
  • Conduct high-level sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and networking activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, action plans, and performance reports
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to optimize commercial performance
  • Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards, systems, and commercial policies

What we need from you

  • Proven experience as Senior Sales Manager, or similar role in a premium or upscale hotel
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality market, including corporate and government segments
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative leadership team
  • Proficiency in sales systems, CRM platforms, forecasting, and reporting tools
