Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow brand standards and operational procedures set by IHG.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
