Focus on key segments such as Corporate, SME, Travel Agents, OTAs, Airlines, and Local Accounts.
Prepare and implement a comprehensive sales action plan in line with hotel budgets.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements within approved guidelines.
Build strong relationships with key corporate clients and travel partners.
Maintain accurate client records and account history in IHG systems.
Ensure repeat business through consistent follow-ups and service delivery.
Coordinate with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure guest expectations are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, trade fairs, and networking events as required.
Identify local market opportunities to maximize weekday and off-peak occupancy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance against targets and take corrective action where needed.
Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with IHG policies.
Update sales activities and pipelines regularly.
Adhere to Holiday Inn Express brand standards and IHG policies.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Support hotel audits, brand reviews, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of local market and hospitality sales dynamics.
