MIS & Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across commercial and operational functions.
Develop and manage performance dashboards and trackers.
Ensure accuracy and timely circulation of reports to stakeholders.
Utilize advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis tools.
Maintain and update centralized reporting formats and databases.
Commercial & Business Support:
Support commercial and revenue teams with performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting requirements.
Assist in managing tasks across the Holiday Inn Express portfolio.
Support business reviews and strategy discussions through data-backed insights.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects and tasks.
Share structured business updates with stakeholders and ownership team when required.
Track deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or program coordination.
Experience in hospitality or service industry will be preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data management, etc.)
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
Experience with reporting or visualization tools will be an added advantage.
