As we grow our leisure offerings, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leisure Sales Agent to drive gym membership sales and promote a healthy lifestyle to our guests and local community.

As a Leisure Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing fitness members. Your focus will be on promoting our gym memberships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the leisure team to ensure our wellness facilities operate smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

• Actively promote gym memberships to hotel guests, walk-in clients, and local residents.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership benefits, pricing, and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
• Greet and assist all leisure club visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
• Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and care.
• Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain membership records and update databases as needed.
• Track sales data and prepare regular reports on membership performance.
• Coordinate with the fitness and spa teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support the daily upkeep and presentation of the leisure reception area.
• Assist with event planning and coordination related to health and wellness initiatives.

What we need from you:

• Confident, persuasive communicator with a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and tailor communication to different customers.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with membership or POS software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of handling guest concerns and objections professionally and constructively.
• Fluent in Japanese with conversational to business-level English preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both local and international guests.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• A background in fitness, wellness, or leisure club operations is a strong advantage.
