We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our human resources functions and help foster a positive, high-performing work environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor regulations.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and compliance checks.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
