We are currently seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.

Your Day to Day

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome, creating a memorable first impression for every guest.

• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Handle guest enquiries, bookings and payments with accuracy and care.

• Recognise and engage IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to personalise their stay.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations across resort facilities and local experiences.

• Act as a trusted point of contact, confidently resolving guest enquiries and concerns.

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role within a hotel environment preferred.

• Strong communication skills with a warm, confident and professional approach.

• Excellent problem-solving ability, with a focus on creating positive guest outcomes.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Full Australian working rights.
