As a Global HR Associate, you’ll sit central to Global HR governance, communications and people. You’ll coordinate high-profile HR initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to create our Annual and Responsible Business Reports, streamlining processes to make them more effective and help turbo charge our communications. From headcount governance to external benchmarking, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring IHG’s HR practices are world-class and future-ready.
What You'll Do
- Lead coordination for key HR reporting and governance processes, including our Annual and Responsible Business Reports.
- Support and drive our global headcount management process, providing clear insights and visual reporting to senior leaders.
- Manage a complex set of stakeholders and submissions for external HR surveys, making proactive recommendations for change through continuous improvement and feedback.
- Turbo charge our HR communications, supporting global people initiatives and HR engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional HR projects, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience of governance processes within a global or highly matrixed corporate organization.
- Previous involvement within headcount governance and people reporting.
- Experience of global communications and engagement, coordinating input from stakeholders and making recommendations for change.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and AI (Co-pilot) skills to help improve our approach.
- Process documentation experience that enables efficiency and effectiveness of future governance and communications processes.
- Proven experience of senior stakeholder management – working with multiple senior stakeholders across an organization, following up on actions and attending meetings on behalf of Global HR with required information.
- Previous experience of working within HR would be highly beneficial, whilst a desire to develop your career in HR is essential.
- Experience and the ability to coordinate multiple projects/priorities, whilst managing complex processes is essential.
- A naturally curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
