Maintenance Coordination:

Act as a primary point of contact for hotel departments regarding maintenance issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
Ensure effective communication with guests, front desk staff, and housekeeping about scheduled maintenance that may impact guest experience.
Resource Management:
Oversee inventory of engineering materials, tools, and supplies, ensuring that items are stocked and ordered as needed.
Assist in the procurement of parts and materials needed for maintenance work.
Project Management:
Assist with engineering projects, including renovations and facility upgrades, by coordinating timelines, resources, and progress reports.
Monitor the quality and completion of maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to timelines.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all engineering work complies with hotel safety standards, local building codes, and health regulations.
Support the development and implementation of emergency protocols and safety procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the hotel management team, including housekeeping and front office departments, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide support to the engineering team as needed during high-volume periods.
