We're now looking for an experienced Conference & Events Operations Manager to lead our C&E operations and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, conferences, meetings and social events.

About the Role

You'll oversee the full Conference & Events operation, ensuring seamless delivery, strong financial performance, and a motivated, high-engagement team. Working closely with internal departments, you'll create an environment where colleagues thrive and guests leave delighted.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day C&E operations and event execution
• Run team briefings, training and coaching
• Ensure exceptional guest service and manage VIP needs
• Oversee rostering, payroll compliance and labour planning
• Maintain high standards across event spaces, BOH and FOH
• Build strong cross-departmental relationships
• Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Support safety, hazard management and operational compliance

What We're Looking For

• Full working rights in Australia
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Events or similar
• 3+ years' experience managing C&E or hotel operations
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams
• Financial and budget management capability
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Valid NSW RSA + First Aid
• Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings/weekends
