As a Sr. Engineering Manager for Charlotte AI at CrowdStrike, you'll be responsible for building and supporting the teams that develop and maintain our revolutionary generative AI-powered virtual security analyst. You will focus on the wellbeing and professional growth of everyone in our group, and you'll drive the hiring that will enable us to scale at an accelerated pace. You'll help foster an open and collaborative environment and ensure that your group is set up to succeed and to keep roadmap delivery on track. With a focus on Charlotte AI product engineering, you will work with a talented and dedicated group of cloud, SDET, and frontend engineers, as well as AI/ML Data Scientists to provide the high-quality, high-scale AI-powered security systems that customers around the world use 24/7 to defend against the most sophisticated adversaries. You'll also collaborate closely with product managers to optimize our roadmap and with the design team to maintain a consistent user experience across all our products.
