CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow, to join its IT Service Management Office, with a focus on security and risk capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and ServiceNow developers to align solutions with business, risk, and compliance objectives. This position provides dedicated SMO ownership for ServiceNow security and risk capabilities, supporting safe, scalable platform growth while managing continuous enhancement demand. The role focuses on security and risk-aligned workflows such as ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, Security Posture Control, Threat Intelligence Security Center, and related integrations, and is well suited to a platform-oriented BSA with strong backlog ownership and credibility in regulated environments. You will translate security and risk requirements into clear functional designs, priorities, and development stories, while maintaining a steady enhancement roadmap. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to broader SMO initiatives and cross-platform work, leveraging core platform capabilities such as CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Employee Center Pro, and shared data models as priorities and capacity require.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
