Enterprise Sales Development Representative

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative role at CrowdStrike is your entry point into an exciting cybersecurity sales career, focusing on prospecting to large-scale organizations across ANZ. This foundational position is designed for polished, articulate professionals who demonstrate strong communication skills, business acumen, and enthusiasm for enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions. While entry-level in the cybersecurity field, you'll be working with sophisticated opportunities that will rapidly develop your expertise for advancement in sales. You'll join a supportive team of sales development reps and leaders in Sydney, who will mentor you while you build the foundation for a successful cybersecurity sales career! We operate a hybrid working model from our North Sydney office: 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

What You'll Do:

Learn and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting senior executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) within enterprise organizations.

Develop skills to navigate organizational structures and identify key decision-makers.

Master sales intelligence tools to create personalized, value-driven approaches.

Build multi-channel outreach strategies combining professional phone calls, well-crafted emails, and strategic LinkedIn engagement.

Generate and qualify opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

Develop confidence conducting discovery calls to understand security challenges and align CrowdStrike's solutions.

Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Managers who will mentor your development.

Work toward meeting and exceeding pipeline generation targets with significant commission potential (uncapped).

Receive comprehensive training to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, business-focused conversations.

Participate in our structured career development program with formal progression certifications preparing you for advancement into roles such as account executive, account manager, sales engineer and more (CrowdStrike has a fantastic proven track record of promoting our SDRs!).

What You'll Need:

1+ years of B2B sales/business development/customer service experience, with demonstrated professionalism and polish.

Exceptional communication skills with articulate presentation abilities.

Professional demeanor and confidence when engaging with business executives.

Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and translate them into business value.

Demonstrated interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity.

Track record of achievement in previous roles (sales or otherwise).

Strong listening skills and customer-focused mindset.

Resilience, adaptability, and a growth-oriented attitude.
