Sales Development Manager

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We're seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!

The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Coaching reps on strategy and technique.
  • Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit.
  • Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
  • Working with Channel Account Managers to drive business with our partners.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.
  • Track record of leading a successful team.
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $74,000 - $115,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
