In this role, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for directly managing the North Asia Corporate Sales team. The Team will be focused on growth within the Mid-Market Accounts segment and complement the success that our existing Enterprise Team have been having in North Asia. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training and leading a team of sales representatives responsible for growing revenue bookings and CrowdStrike's market share.
Additionally, the Corporate Sales Manager needs to build go-to-market plans for the growth of our subscription-based Falcon Platform solution, establish sales best practices, overachieve quota while ensuring forecasting and attainment are accurate. We are seeking a candidate that possesses sound leadership, strong communication skills and is passionate about the team's growth and development. It's crucial that this Corporate Sales Manager believes in leveraging sales tools to be successful, have proven sales skills (soft selling), highly motivated and sound motivational techniques.
This role will be either based in Taiwan or Singapore.
