Senior Engagement Manager

The Senior Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for managing the successful deployment of the solution, acting as the primary client contact for services, handling any issues arising, escalating as appropriate, providing status reporting to all stakeholders and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

This position is fully remote and candidates must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Single point of contact and escalation for multiple large and complex client engagements
  • Leading project teams throughout the delivery process
  • Partnering with the Sales team and client to understand the services to be delivered
  • Facilitating solution workshops and assisting the client with product requirements
  • Managing the scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, changes, resourcing, and other project functions
  • Mentoring team members to achieve the services objectives
  • Identifying gaps in solution delivery and proposing solutions and escalating as needed
  • Identifying up sell opportunities and providing details to Sales and Solutioning teams
  • Identifying areas for and participating in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Maintaining a 75% billable utilization target
