We are looking for an AI Business Enablement Engineer to lead the adoption and strategic use of AI tools across corporate support areas — from People to Finance, from Marketing to Quality. Note: This is an adoption role focused on tool usage and workflow improvement - not a model-building or data science role.

Could you be the AI Business Enablement Engineer that we've been looking for?

What you’ll do:

As part of the Internal AI Ops team, your mission combines two dimensions:

1. Evangelize the smart use of AI across business support functions

  • Inspire and guide teams to embed AI into daily workflows and decision-making
  • Lead hands-on sessions, demos and AI exploration labs
  • Cultivate technical confidence and responsible usage of AI tools
  • Identify meaningful use cases and lead them from concept to deployment
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure AI governance and compliance through policies, standards (e.g. EU AI Act)

2. Be our in-house expert in AI tools for corporate work

  • Master tools like M365 Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Explore AI use cases in CRM, ERP, HR and Procurement platforms
  • Build prompt libraries, automation flows and reusable AI patterns
  • Monitor adoption and iterate based on real-world usage and feedback

What you bring:

  • Experience driving change across corporate support areas using change management practices (e.g. ADKAR) to influence adoption and overcome resistance.
  • Confidence to engage with diverse teams across business support areas (e.g. Finance, People, IT, Comms, Business development)
  • Solid background in process automation, digital tools, and business support systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, campaign management tools)
  • Curiosity and hands-on skills with AI productivity tools
  • Ability to translate everyday challenges into smart, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with and Responsible AI and governance topics (EU AI Act, model registries, guardrails, audits, data governance).
