The Sales Manager is responsible for both PRECAST sales and pre-sales, and shall collaborate with technical, marketing and specifications team. They must provide customers with technical advice on the use of Leviat brand products and to exploit market opportunities leading to increase brand awareness. They shall develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders under Leviat construction accessories product segments. They will have to regularly update market intelligence report on relevant construction industry and competition.
Customer-centric mindset both external and internal. Ability to quickly analyse situations, identify issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives. Working well with colleagues to ensure a constant seamless customer experience. Effective communication skills, able to articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing ensuring clear understanding.
Possess Degree in Civil/Structural engineering or Mechanical engineering. Relevant working experience in related fields — sales, construction, engineering & design, architecture and building materials including hands-on and report/document writing would be an advantage. Technical product knowledge in building materials / construction accessories. Exposure to Multinational Culture | Work Environment. Committed and have displayed a sense of urgency to respond to customers. Goal oriented, analytical, self-motivated, confident, proactive, and initiative. The ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick-thinking. Committed, responsible, multitask and able to work under stress.
