The future colleague will be responsible for completing and following up on sales contracts, ensuring the efficient and correct delivery of products to customers, managing and coordinating all aspects related to order processing.
Main Responsibilities:
Position within the company: The Customer Service Analyst will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the area of customer service, billing/order processing/operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
