Job level: Execuție Position in COR: 214201 (inginer constructii civile, industriale si agricole)

Department: Laborator

Misiunea postului: Coordonarea activităților din cadrul laboratorului de încercări, asigurând respectarea standardelor de calitate și conformitate tehnică; verificarea produselor și proceselor, contribuind direct la menținerea excelenței Elpreco.

Responsabilități principale

• Coordonarea și monitorizarea activităților de testare și încercare a produselor.
• Asigurarea respectării procedurilor interne și a normelor tehnice aplicabile.
• Întocmirea și verificarea rapoartelor de încercare.
• Colaborarea cu departamentele de producție și calitate pentru identificarea și soluționarea neconformităților.
• Participarea la audituri interne și externe.
• Verificarea si semnarea retetelor de fabricatie pentru elemente pavaj, tuburi si elemente de camin, elemente prefabricate din beton, verificarea efectuarii corectiilor
• Verificarea exactitatii rezultatelor inscrise de laboranti in registrele de evidenta si rapoartele de incercari

Conformitate și calitate

• Respectă toate normele de protecția muncii și mediului, precum și procedurile interne ale companiei.
• Utilizează echipamentul de protecție și semnalează orice pericol sau defecțiune.
• Aplică regulile sistemului de management integrat (calitate, mediu, sănătate și securitate).
• Promovează comportamentul responsabil și orientat către client în toate interacțiunile.

• Sef Laborator

Experiență și abilități necesare

• Studii superioare finalizate (colegiu/facultate), preferabil în domeniul tehnic sau economic.
• Studii superioare în domeniul tehnic (Construcții, Chimie sau similar)
• Experiență anterioară într-un laborator de încercări
• Cunoștințe solide despre standardele de testare și control al calității
