Our Operations Internship Program creates an opportunity for college students to gain practical hands-on experience while working in their course of study under the close direction of an experienced supervisor/manager. As an Operations Intern, you will learn to support the processes of our company as it relates to production goals and standards. Interns in this position will gain exposure to several aspects of our company including but not limited to: Safety, Aggregates, Asphalt, Concrete, Construction, QC, Sales and the application of regulatory standards in a dynamic industrial setting.
Adhere to and support our ethics, safety and operational standards. Support operations with daily administrative tasks. Support front line operations and activities within or between departments. Develop fundamental understanding of Four Corners Materials operations and build foundational skills in each line of business. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
