HR Generalist Junior

This role offers operational support in human resources and payroll processes, ensuring the correct and updated maintenance of employee data, preparation of personnel documents and inputs necessary for salary processing, in accordance with labor legislation and internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and manage personnel documents throughout the employee lifecycle (CIM, additional acts, decisions, employment files).
• Record and update hires, modifications, and terminations in REGES/Revisal and internal systems.
• Provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, accounts, administrative records).
• Collect, verify, and input salary inputs (overtime, vacations, bonuses, deductions).
• Offer support in verifying salary statements and in monthly closing activities.
• Generate simple administrative and payroll reports for suppliers, finance, and audit.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding salaries, documents, and administrative procedures.

Competencies:

• Higher education completed, preferably in economics, law, psychology, or sociology.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail and good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team, internal support orientation.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Driver’s license (preferred).
