Sales Development Representative (B2B)

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment and is eager to grow their career in sales. You'll play an important part in expanding our reach across the Asian market by connecting with potential business partners and clients.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, particularly in B2B settings.
  • Excellent research and information-gathering abilities using platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Redbook.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong data management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — confident in initiating and maintaining professional conversations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English required; other Asian languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic sales environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and other business networks across Asia.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various online channels and professional directories.
  • Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce the company and engage prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, logging communication history and lead details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Track performance and suggest ways to enhance conversion rates.
