Through its proprietary technology, it offers products like loans with car or property guarantees, private payday loans, corporate benefits, and insurance. Creditas has surpassed 13 million credit requests, a valuation of US$3.5 billion, and more than 40 issues in the capital market (FIDCs, CRIs, and FIIs).

Responsibilities of This Position:
- Design and develop frontend components using React, with tools like Next.js or React Router;
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code using Jest or Vitest;
- Propose and implement robust and scalable solutions, aligned with business objectives and user needs;
- Collaborate with backend teams working with Kotlin and Spring Boot on full-stack solutions;
- Lead the decomposition and resolution of complex technical challenges;
- Participate in the automation of CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous delivery practices;
- Implement and improve system observability: metrics, monitoring, tracing, and alerts;
- Ensure best practices in security and compliance in all layers of infrastructure and application (especially in AWS environments);
- Promote asynchronous communication as a secure and effective practice for the entire team.
We Need Someone With:
- More than 4 years of experience in software development;
- Experience in React, with practical experience in Next.js or React Router;
- Good knowledge of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility;
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
- Experience in testing using Jest or Vitest (unit and integration);
- Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot;
- Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and cloud deployments (AWS preferably);
- Understanding of API design, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation;
- Experience with monitoring tools and concepts of observability (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets);
- Critical Thinking: Questions assumptions, investigates root causes, and proposes evidence-based solutions;
- Autonomy: Manages complex tasks independently and takes responsibility for deliveries;
- Effective Communication: Adapts messages to different audiences and communicates clearly;
- Team Leadership: Leads by example, supports team success, and promotes knowledge sharing;
- Customer Focus: Understands implicit needs and creates solutions with empathy;
- Adaptability: Adopts new tools, methods, and technologies with a growth mindset;
- Spanish at any level is a plus.
